CRACK International Art Camp

Crack International Art Camp began in 2007 in Kushtia, Bangladesh. Seekers of all disciplines from across the globe gather together in this small sanctuary for an intensive five days, sharing their lives, stories and visions. The focus of Crack is not the finished artwork, but the experience of creation, experimentation, and discovery culminating in a vivid celebration of creation. Emphasis is given to the use of natural materials and engagement with the local environment and cultural practices. The essence of Crack is inspired by the Baul Fakiri sadhu shongo, or a traditional gathering of spiritual seekers, in which there is no transaction of money, but rather, the free exchange of knowledge, beauty, and love.
